Matteo Del GrossoI’m a self-taught photographer who started photographing more than ten years ago. Like most people, I occasionally took pictures long before I began to actively compose an image before pressing the shutter.
The transition from taking to making pictures was happening during a longer stay in Eastern Canada when I bought my first professional SLR along with some nice telephoto lenses from Nikon. Since then, my photographic gear has changed a lot, but my passion for photography hasn’t. Wherever I travel, my camera bag follows.
I live in Southern Germany at the Lake of Constance, the source of the River Rhine. Although a densly populated region, it has the natural beauty of an Alpine lake and the surrounding Northern Alps.
